Situated in a prime location on the Island of Montreal, this real-estate project, bearing the Le Meridiem brand, will be fully integrated into the surrounding urban area. Located in the West-Central district, the site is near the new MUHC hospital, the Vendôme intermodal station and main highways. The overall concept, outdoor common spaces, pedestrian crossings, and service spaces will reflect the overall vision for the redevelopment of the area.

Terrebonne

As a major project consisting of hundreds of rental units, Le Meridiem Terrebonne will be delivered in multiple phases. The concept of this real-estate project will involve urban planning and landscape-integrated architecture, offering a unique regional design. Innovative and bold, this project will maximize the layout of the existing site and will focus on optimizing the quality of neighborhood life.
